These well designed low profile machines incorporate a self levelling platform for ease of use and anti slip feet to prevent the scales from sliding when weighing heavy objects and to secure a solid base for the scales. The balances have a tough under structure and a stainless steel top. From the base to the steel indicator pod is a 5 metre cable connecting them which features a clear 17mm high LCD display digits for clear readings of the weighed objects. A plastic pod bracket is included to allow the indicator to be mounted on the a wall or on a bench. Key features of these scales are: on/off buttons however an auto off feature is always on which results in the scale switching itself off after 2 minutes inactivity. The tare button is useful as it allows container weights to be removed, net weight allows the weight to be changed to either kg/lb to give readings in metric or imperial and hold/print allows the weight to be either frozen on the balance even when the item is removed or the weight to be transferred to a printer and printed off. The scaled also feature auto zero which automatically removes the weight of small material build ups on the scaled for precise readings.
