This is the Ohaus Valor 3000 Compact Food Bench scales which is a high quality, durable product that is easy to use and hard to beat. The features of this scale include high precision up to 40,000d readability, durability and ease of use. It is encased in a sleek and fully stainless steel compact housing and there are washdown versions and OIML approved models when ensure that the Valor 3000 meets the needs of even the most demanding environments.
The stainless steel Valor 3000 is NSF certified and supports HACCP-Certified systems which helps to ensure the integrity and safety of all food products weighed on the scale. It is compact and requires minimal counter space and offers resolutions up to 40,000d ad 0.01g which provides precise measurements in demanding environments. The scale has software for general weighing, percent weighing and specific gravity and can be used for a variety of food weighing and measurement needs.
It has been constructed using stainless steel housing and platform, an up-front level indicator and a load cell lock. There is a backlit liquid crystal display (LCD) and operation can either be done through AC adapter (included) or 4 C (LR14) batteries (not included). Other design features include selectable environmental settings, auto tare, auto shut-off, selectable power-up unit and optional food accessories.
