Ohaus Scout SKX Series Balance - 93mm

This is the Scout SKX Series Balance which has been designed for education applications. They have a large backlit LCD which is backed by education software and is the ideal balance for your classroom. It has been built to endure demanding classroom applications with superior overload protection. The features include faster stabilization time, increased capacity, multiple connectivity and a stackable design which makes this the best weighing experience for the next generation classroom.

It has combined a simplified four button operation with a large backlit display which increases readability in dim lighting conditions, and makes it easier to view results from across a desk or lab bench. There is expanded connectivity options including RS232, USB Host, USB device, Ethernet and Bluetooth (all available as an accessory). It provides added versatility to your data collection and transfer needs. They have integrated superior overload protection system rated at 10x capacity protects the balance in demanding classroom environments. There is a space-saving design which allows for stackable storage (excluding the 1mg model).

The Scout SKX has a liquid crystal display (LCD) with backlight and they are operated using either an AC adapter (included) or 4 AA batteries (not included). They have been constructed using ABS housing, a stainless steel pan, an ABS draftshield (1mg model only), a weigh below hook, a transportation lock, a manual calibration lock switch and a security slot.
