Ohaus FD Series Compact Bench Scale - EC Type Approved
This is the Ohaus FD scale which is a rugged multi-use portioning scale designed for use in food service applications. It is ideal for food portioning and checkweighing and combines an easily cleaned design, fast display and high precision load cell. The scale can be used in restaurants, bakeries, food manufacturing and other areas which require flexibility and fast operation. It offers cleanliness and durability in one economical design.
The scale is fully stainless steel and is NSF certified and supports HACCP-Certified systems which helps to ensure the integrity and safety of the weighing of all food products. There is software for general weighing, percent weighing and checkweighing and it can be used for a variety of food weighing needs. It has a 120 hour internal rechargeable battery which helps to ensure that your scale is up and running when you need it, even during long shifts.
You have the option to choose an AC adapter (included) or rechargeable battery (included). It also features an up-front level indicator, audible buzzer alerts, LED checkweighing lights, foot switch (optional). There is also a manual or automatic tare.
