Ohaus 311g Dial-O-Gram and Cent-O-Gram 300 series Mechanical Balances
This is the Cent-O-Gram and Dial-O-Gram balance which offers the accuracy and convenience of an integrated weigh below balance whilst allowing students to visualize mass measurement principles. It was designed with a hanging pan system and both balances offer 10 times the readability of the Ohaus Triple Beam and Dial-O-Gram top loading balances.
There are aluminium pressure castings for the base and beam assembly, agate bearings, steel knife-edges and a stainless steel pan. It is built to the highest standards of quality. The need for level adjustments is eliminated by the three-point base, special floating bearing principle and beam design. Accurate results are garnered effortlessly by the self-aligning beam.
Magnetic dampening is a feature of this balance which minimizes ocillation and speed weighing and there is also a zero adjust compensator. The display is made of easy to read deep-notched, tiered beams and dial plates.
