These professional barista thermometers are easy to read, and have been specifically designed for measuring the temperature of milk. The colour coded zones indicate the optimum temperature to avoid scalding milk. It is available with a 25 x 125mm stem or a 45x 175mm stem. Both thermometers are supplied with a stainless steel jug monitoring probe clip to enable easy mounting on the side of a milk foaming jug.
