These incorporate a 50mm dial which comes complete with a stainless steel probe that can come available in a 4 x 150mm or 300mm probe length. This particular thermometer can indicate temperature over the range of 0 to 300°C in 10°C divisions. To obtain the most accurate reading, the frying thermometer should be inserted into the oil.
The thermometer is clearly marked for meat, poultry, fish and chips.
