ETI Fast Response Temperature Probe

This needle penetration probe is made from stainless steel and incorporates a heavy duty, ribbed polypropylene handle. It is made for the ETI Therma 20 thermometer and is ideal for measuring the temperature of liquids, soft semi-solid materials, which could include things such as fish and fruit. This particular thermometer has a response time of less than one second, and it can reach a maximum temperature of 110°C. This probes dimensions are 2.6x 130mm.
