ETI Fast Response Meat Probe - Type K

This probe is fast responding, and has been specifically designed for measuring the temperature of burgers and patties, hence why it has become one of the most popular tools in fast food kitchens. This probe is supplied with a one metre coiled lead and connector. It has a response time of less than one second, and can reach a maximum temperature of 250°C. The dimensions of this probe are 1mm x 90mm.
