ETI Coiled Needle Penetration Temperature Probe- Type K

This probe is made from stainless steel, making it suitable for liquids and semi-solids including delicate foods, although there are many other alternative uses. The probes dimensions are 1.8mmx130mm, it has a response time of less than two seconds and it can reach a maximum temperature of 250°C. Available in Type K or Type T version.
