The AST-21 T-Bar thermometer offer an alternative solution to semi-solid sampling. It offers a pointed penetration probe and T-bar shaped handle that offers a natural grip for inserting and extracting the probe from samples. It excels at measuring the core temperature of more solid items such as meats and cheeses whilst remaining suitable for liquids. The unit comes equipped with data hold to retain the measured value on the display and auto off after 1 hour of inactivity.
