ATP ST-10 Pen-Type Thermometer
The ST-10 Pen-Type Thermometer is able to record temperatures as cold as -50C currently the lowest temperatures found in any catering establishment. in addition it provides temperatures as high as 300c extending its use well beyond that of any kitchen. Although this is a simple and basic thermometer it offers superb value of the small fortune of buying one.
Its features include: a built in on/off button and auto power off to ensure you can reply on the long battery life. Data hold function which allows measurements to be frozen on the screen even when the thermometer isn't recording the temperature anymore for easy viewing. in addition the product comes with a poly carbonated storage tube to protect the probe in a busy environment and to prevent loosing the probe.
