This is a high temperature infrared thermometer with a Class II star burst Laser sighting which is ideal for easy, fast and accurate non-contact measurement of most surface temperatures. It is suitable for a range of applications from Health and Safety to HVAC to plant and general maintenance to transport and automotive.
The range is between -30°C and 950°C and has a resolution of 0.1° which makes it extremely adaptable. The units measured can be displayed in either degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit. The Class II laser allows for easy identification of the centre point of the measurement.
There is a spot size of 30 to 1 which means that at 30cm away from the focal point a 1cm area is being measured. The emissivity of the instrument can be adjusted through 0.1 to 1.0 which allows precise measurements on varying emissivity’s.
The additional features of this instrument include automatic data hold, auto-power off, a low battery indicator, a min/max memory which are all viewable in a 26mm LCD display. The instrument comes with a holster-style carry pouch and battery.
