ETI Straight Needle Penetration Temperature Probe- Type K

This probe is fast responding, and made from stainless steel. This makes it ideal to use with:- liquids, semi-solids, delicate foods, soft rubber; making it an extremely diverse probe. This particular probe has a diameter of 1.8mm and a probe length of 130mm, and has a response time of less than two seconds. This probes maximum temperature is 250°C, and is available in Type K or T version.
